Q: What does “print to order” mean?

A: “Print to order” means your product is custom-made after you place your order. We don’t keep inventory on hand, which helps reduce waste. 

Q: Can I cancel or change my order after it’s placed?

A: Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of being placed. After that, production begins and changes are not possible.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?

A: Please take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging within 7 days of delivery and contact us. We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund.

Q: I entered the wrong address̶ what can I do?

A: Contact us immediately. If your order has not yet shipped, we can update the address. If it has already shipped and is returned to us, you’ll need to pay for reshipping.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes. International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Orders returned due to refusal to pay customs fees will not be refunded.
