ChristJew Return Policy
Contact Required Before Any Return
If you wish to return an item for any reason, you must contact ChristJew first to receive return authorization and instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Made-to-Order Policy
All products sold by ChristJew LLC are made-to-order (“print to order”). This means items are created only after an order is placed. Please double-check that your shipping address and order details are correct before submitting your order.
Shipping Errors
If an item is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the item.
Returns for Buyer’s Remorse
Because products are made-to-order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong size or color, or other personal preference reasons. Our printing partners also, do not issue refunds for such cases.
Returns for Errors or Defects
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement or refund. Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label (if applicable) and issue a replacement at no additional charge. In some cases, a full refund may be provided instead.
Processing Time
Please allow reasonable time for your replacement item to be produced and shipped, as all items are made-to-order.
Legal Notice
This policy complies with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule and applicable state e-commerce laws. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Returns due to refusal of delivery will not be refunded. ChristJew LLC reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
